OBJECTIVE
I joined this project as a project manager, responsible for making sure the team of 10-15 people worked together seamlessly throughout the project. I was responsible for working with many different kinds of people, from developers and designers to those responsible for quality assurance and the overall marketing of the app once it had been finished.
Some of my main responsibilities, in addition to managing a diverse team, was to gather requirements from the stakeholders of the app and
convert them into technical documentation for the team to work with. I also took on the added responsibility of performing marketing and risk analysis’.
OUTCOME
As a result of my contribution to this project, I and my team were able to make this app the most successful one ever created by the company, with an astonishing total of over 50 million active users. In addition to this, the company has also gone on to create partnerships with some of the biggest companies in the world, including Sony, National Geographic and Cartoon Network.
